Di Stearn is a notable figure in English women’s lacrosse having represented England 4 times with one as captain. Di played for the Newport Lacrosse Club and was honoured with the Jean Matthews Perpetual Trophy (League B&F) in both 2003 and 2004, an award presented to outstanding players in the Victorian lacrosse community.
Di has twice coached the Victorian Senior Women’s team and now joins the coaching team for State League.
Beyond her playing career, Di Stearn’s legacy continues through the “Di Stearn & Fiona Moore Outstanding Achievement Award,” which is bestowed by our club to acknowledge exceptional contributions and achievements within the club. This award highlights her enduring impact on the club and the sport.
